Renegade Group is delighted to welcome Brandon Blume to the team, joining us as Business Development Director focused on expanding our support for major projects and organizations across the United States.
Brandon brings extensive experience from the recruitment and workforce solutions sector, where he has spent much of his career helping companies tackle one of the most persistent challenges facing large projects: finding, attracting and retaining the right people.
Brandon has spent two decades working with organizations to understand their wider workforce requirements, identify where critical skills are needed and develop practical solutions to support projects as they move from planning through execution and ongoing operations.
At Renegade, his primary focus will be developing relationships with major project owners, operators, EPCs and other organizations that need experienced professional, technical and project personnel. That includes disciplines across engineering, project management, construction management, commercial, procurement, planning, controls, HSE and other specialist functions required to deliver complex projects successfully.
It is a natural extension of Renegade Group’s existing capabilities.
Renegade already supports customers with Employment Services that provide the infrastructure behind a successful workforce, including onboarding, payroll, benefits, insurance, compliance, fleet management and ongoing employee support. Brandon will help take that capability further, working directly with customers to understand their project requirements and build workforce solutions around their specific needs.
His approach to business development is strongly relationship driven. Rather than starting with a standard service offering, Brandon focuses on understanding what a customer is trying to achieve, where the workforce challenges sit and how Renegade can provide a practical solution.
That approach is particularly important on major projects, where workforce requirements can change quickly and the ability to mobilize experienced people can have a direct impact on schedule, cost and execution.
Based in Fulshear, Texas, Brandon lives with his wife and two children and has strong roots in the Houston business community.
Away from work, he is a keen hunter. When he gets the opportunity to escape the office, there is a good chance you will find him somewhere in South Texas, hunting, fishing and enjoying the outdoors.
Brandon joins Renegade at an important stage in the company’s growth. As we continue to expand the range of services we provide to major industrial, infrastructure and energy customers, his experience gives us another way to help clients solve complex workforce challenges.
